Accommodation
Turtle Bay Beach Club accommodation is divided into: Super Club Rooms that consists of 89 Rooms, these rooms all have a separate bath and showers, balcony, split unit air-conditioning, coffee and tea facilities and a complete mosquito proof sleeping area. They are also equipped with a double and single bed, with some having interconnecting doors.
Three of these have been designed for physically handicapped clients with showers only.
The Lamu Rooms consists of 40 Rooms. These are cottage style units, with some overlooking the ocean.
They all have air-conditioning and ceiling fan, en suite bath and shower, twin beds and mosquito net, patio or terrace.
The Ocean Front Rooms has 14 Rooms. These are beach front all with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, bath and shower, double and single bed, a complete mosquito proof sleeping area and balconies of patios with direct beach access. Have tea/coffee facilities.
Finally the view suites are two in number, containing a lounge and bedroom with split unit air – conditioning, Lamu bed with mosquito net, personalized fridge, separate shower and bath and coffee and tea making facilities.
Restaurants & Bars
:: Full breakfast and dinner offered in the main restaurant by the pool overlooking Watamu beach. Meals are served buffet style.
:: Blue Turtle Restaurant on the beach is regularly utilized in the evenings as a waiter service area. Guests need to book in advance for this area. A la carte menu at an extra charge and also run for special occasions (weddings, etc).
:: Pizzeria Kasaramba Restaurant overlooks tropical water ponds and offers oven fresh pizzas and other meals for lunch and evening at an extra charge for some meals.
:: Pool Bar opens at 10 am and closes at 1 am serves a number of soft and alcoholic drinks and snacks while Turtle Bay Beach Club’s Dunes Bar located on the beach serves branded drinks at an extra charge.
Water Sports
Boogie boards, Paddle skis, catamaran, Pedaloes, Open seated canoes, Windsurfing, 1 free dive lesson in the pool, Kite surfing and scuba diving.
Conferencing
The hotel has opened up a brand new conference room which can take a maximum of 150 delegates. Along with the new conference room, the club has three more meeting rooms for smaller groups or group work. Your stay includes all meals, domestic drinks, sparkling wine, day and night entertainment.
